HAWKER STREET GALLERY will be closing soon and the owner of the business has advised that the premises will be available for lease. It could work quite well as a shared gallery/studio space. The current rent is around $110 week. The premises is neat and clean with picture rail hanging system on one of the walls. There is a small kitchen/storage area neatly tucked away behind a partition at the back of the space. There is parking at the rear and at the front and a couple of shops either side. The space could probably accommodate 3-4 studio work areas.
